What is subtle aromatherapy? 

Within a subtle aromatherapy session the use of hands on touch, or hands off healing maybe incorporated, but not necessarily. The subtle aromas of floral waters or essential oils, can be used in various ways and within a personal well-being routine.

Beautiful aromas of floral water sprays create a relaxing environment, while one benifits from the subtle healing effects on the more emotional, mental and spiritual levels.

Subtle vibrational healing such as subtle aromatherapy, helps one move towards being whole, being at one with their unique self, find harmony and purpose in life, by helping people to shift blocks that stop them moving forward.Using the subtle uses of aromatherapy with a meditation or mindfulness practice, regular exercise or relaxation practice, or personal well-being coaching. 

Following the initial one to one contact with Alice, she will be able to give advice as to the most suitable subtle aromas for your personal unique well-being routine.

Sessions which may include hands on or off sessions, as well as home uses.


Subtle Aromatherapy work shop


Alice shares knowledge within this workshop, for those new to Subtle Aromatherapy, as well as for those wishing to add new skills to their existing practice, as a complementary practioner.


A introduction to subtle aromas of floral hydrolates and essential oils in combination with breathing techniques, meditation, mindfulness and a hands on routine of reflex points of hands and feet.


Subtle aromatherapy can be used to enhance the benifit of a fragrant Qigong routine, which will be practiced during the work shop .


Learn about the subtle aromatic properties and the benifits of (hydrosol) flower waters, and essential oils such as Rose, Jasmine, Neroli, Lavender.


Plant extracts, such as essential oils and floral waters, have been used for thousands of years, for their exquisite fragrances, aromas and therapeutic value.


All the techniques taught help one to cope with life's ups and downs, in a more balanced way, so you are able to live life calmer, and more purposeful in line with heart felt desires.
