Qigong Shibashi
Qigong Shabashi is the healing exercise system within Chinese medicine, it is used daily by millions all over the world, especially the elderly in the Far East with amazing results.
Qigong Shibashi comprises of 18 slow graceful movements, performed in sequence with breath and intention, which can be adapted and practiced seated.
Movements gracefully flow from one to another relaxing the mind and body, promoting the sense of wellbeing and good health.
Completing the sequence encourages the vital Chi energy of the body to flow through the meridians, as well as to balance the chakra system.
Breathing exercises, body awareness, relaxation meditation and mindfulness supports the practice of Qi Gong .
Alice runs regular weekly session of Qigong Shibashi wellness classes, for those of all ages and abilities.
Working as a group, one movement to another one breath to another, a meditative journey like a spiritual dance.

Subtle Aromatherapy
Alice combines the aromatic properties of (hydrosol) flower waters, and essential oils such as Rose, Jasmine, Neroli, Lavender, and the compassionate caring skills of hands on healing touch.
One to one sessions include using pure hydrosol flower waters and essential oils, in more non- physical ways, primarily affecting the mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of a person wellbeing.
Alice uses techniques that work with the bodies more subtle energies and senses, such as chakra balancing, and zone therapy with gentle touch, as well as breathing, mindfulness and meditation exercises.
By using the more subtle aromas and techniques, means sessions are suitable for all ages and health issues, especially the elderly those who need a more sensitive approach
The very young and those with special needs benefit greatly, as they require understanding of their particular needs, and sensitivities.

Your journey is completed over a period of three months / 90 days including three one to one healing sessions or attend a one day work shop.

During the day you will be able to practice the movements , ask questions and discuss health and wellbeing issues, that can be assisted by following Qigong daily.

AromaRosa Work Shop
is for those interested in the subtle uses of floral waters and essential oils, with various techniques for home use.
Such as using the calming aroma of Rose, to relieve anxiety or to help alleviate feelings of shock. Rose is far more than a pretty aroma.
Skills taught during the day include the subtle uses of floral waters and essential oils and the senses.
Learning to use the more subtle aromas and techniques are suitable for all ages, and health issues.
During this work shop Alice introduces her methods of working though discussions, hand outs to take away with you.
